Harbour Ayrshire is working to empower individuals who are recovering from drug and/or alcohol addiction, assisting them to become independent and supporting their integration back into the community.

Our vision is to see a host of previously ‘written off’ individuals becoming self-supporting members of society, establishing themselves as valuable and productive members of our communities, while repairing fractured family relationships.

As a registered charity, we rely on donations (big and small) to give us us the financial means to accelerate and grow the services we provide. If you would like to support Harbour Ayrshire with a one-off or a regular donation, please click the button below.

All donations are greatly appreciated and help us to continue our valuable work within our local communities. Thank you.

“You and your teams’ help yesterday was very much appreciated. The two men who helped my patient put her at ease and were very hard-working, courteous and helpful. It is good to know that such a service exists for people who live in poverty, have mental health issues, physical disabilities etc.”

CO self-referred to Harbour Ayrshire after a suicide attempt caused by his lifestyle and addiction to alcohol and cocaine. He is now 6 months free from alcohol and cocaine and is fully involved in his recovery. He has recently completed the 12 steps programme and is ready to support other men through the journey.

…from a chaotic and unsettled single mother with low confidence and social isolation, using substances to cope with daily life, she is now  a positive, friendly, and supportive member of her community. She had done all this while managing to maintain her own recovery and reaching 5 months free from drugs and alcohol while writing.
